These terms apply to every person who uses BD Recharge API. By using the service you agree to them. BD Recharge API is a business tool for registered mobile recharge and bill-payment resellers and distributors.
Accounts are issued to businesses and their authorised users. You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN and one time passwords confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.
Balance held in an account is business credit purchased in advance for the purpose of reselling recharge and bill-payment services. It is not a deposit, savings account or stored value wallet, and it does not earn interest.
Recharge and bill-payment requests are forwarded to mobile operators and billers. Once a transaction is completed successfully by the operator it cannot be reversed by us. Failed transactions are returned to your balance according to the response received from the operator.
You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, account number, amount and operator. We are not liable for a transaction sent to a wrong number or account because of information you supplied.
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system, interfere with its operation, or resell access to your account to people outside your registered business.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shows signs of fraud, or is required to be suspended by a competent authority.
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on networks and operators outside our control. The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
